How do I start a meeting?

Thank you so much for sending me the "Little Big Book" I will read it
in the next day or two. I can tell by looking at a few pages that this
is ME. Are any meetings already established in the West Palm Beach,
Florida area? If there isn't anything around here, can you tell me how
I would go about starting a meeting. I am sure there are
hundreds of thousands of people that suffer from this. Any help would
be most appreciated and please tell me what I can do for you (and) the
group. I am willing and able.
